ONEinvest Agents

ONEinvest will be mandated to sell all Developer stock registered on the ONEclub platform. ONEinvest will be partnering with a Real Estate agency on a National and International basis who will then mandate agents in the vicinity of each development on the platform. ONEinvest will specialize in off plan sales prior to launch and together with the stock, all leads received on the platform will be directed to the agents selling that particular development.

There would be other benefits to the agents
  1. i)Through this ecosystem the ONEclub will also be supplying these agents with leads generated through the online marketing campaign toONEinvest’s database pre and post public launch;
  2. ii) The agents who join the ONEinvest network will get sole access to these developments for their clients prior to public launch, and at a discount/cashback;

iii)   If an ONEinvest agent introduces a development to ONEinvest, they will have access to all that inventory, and also automatically receive all the leads for that development on a rotational basis that are generated through our massive database promotions.

  1. iv)The entire international database of agents in this network would have access to all the developer inventory on the system prior to and after the launch.
  2. v)They will also be able to grow their own business through our “Refer a friend” program and earning an ongoing annuity income based on the number of “friends” they recruit  (and are recruited in the 7 levels).
