To join the ONEclub, visit https://theoneclub.global. You can select from three membership
tiers: Gold (FREE), Platinum, or Diamond, each offering unique benefits. Once you have
registered you will receive a unique login password by email which will unlock a world of
exclusive Property and other Lifestyle benefits.

2. What is the ONEclub?

The ONEclub rewards website is geared towards offering you immediate rewards as you shop,
dine, or participate in various activities. More especially though, you will be able to search for
Properties which will be offered to you first, with significant Cashbacks/Discounts not available
to Non- members of the ONEclub.

3. How does the mobisite work?

The website operates by providing you with cashback, discounts, and rewards when you make
purchases or perform specific actions with our partner merchants OR PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
PARTNERS. Its as straightforward as using the website to uncover offers, shop, and accumulate
savings.

4. How do I redeem my rewards?

To claim your rewards, just adhere to the guidelines outlined with each offer.

5. What types of rewards can I earn?

By engaging with our partner merchants or Property development Partners, you have the
opportunity to accumulate cashbacks, enjoy discounts, and access exclusive offers. The
specific types of rewards available can vary depending on the individual merchant and the
particular offer they provide.

6. Are my personal and financial details safe on the app?

Yes, we prioritize the security of your information. We employ state-of-the-art encryption and
robust security protocols to safeguard your data.

7. How do I reset my password if I forget it?

To reset your password, simply click on the Key Icon located on the top right of the login screen.
Then, follow the provided prompts to initiate the password reset process.

8. How can I customize my profile?

Personalizing your profile is easy. Just navigate to either the “Profile” or “Settings” section
within the app. From there, you can make adjustments to your display name and other
preferences to suit your liking.

9. How do I navigate through the Website or Mobisite?

Our website is designed to provide a user-friendly experience with an intuitive interface. You
can effortlessly navigate through various sections by simply tapping on icons or utilizing the
menu.

Subscriptions

1. How does the payment of Subscriptions work?
  • You can pay your subscription by using your credit card;
  • If you join before the 15th of the month, you will pay on joining and the rewards and benefits will activate within 3 working days. Your credit card will then be processed on the 28th of every month for the next month’s subscription fee;
  • If you join after the 15th of the month, we will not take any payment and your rewards and benefits will activate within 3 working days. You will enjoy the rewards and benefits for free until the end of the month you joined. Your credit card will then be processed on the 28th of every month for the next month’s subscription fee.
2. What happen if I don’t pay my required subscription?
This will mean that the benefits and services to the member will be terminated with immediate effect. Membership benefits will only be reinstated once the members monthly subscription amount has been paid. Cognizance needs to be taken that a 7-day period will be applicable to reinstate the benefits.
3. How does my Property Acquisition Rewards work?
  • Member must remain on a specific tier for 12 months after the acquisition of the property, to earn the cashback applicable to that tier;
  • In the event that the Member wish to earn the higher cashback %, the Member needs to upgrade (and start paying the appropriate subscription amount) before reserving a property to earn that tiers cashback;
  • With each property acquisition, it will be required that the Member pay an agreed Reservation Fee on signature of the Reservation Agreement.
4. What do I need to do when I wish to cancel my monthly subscription payments?

Dining

1. What is Dining?

ONEclub Dining rewards its members for EATing In or Out.
As a ONEclub member you have access to – Cashback Dining and Fast-Food conditional
vouchering.

Cash Back Dining = members can get up to R120 cash back paid into their bank account
on their second most expensive meal when dining at Restaurants in the network. (If there is
a party of 4 and another person is a member of EAT the 4 th most expensive meal also
qualifies for up to R120 cash back)

Fast Food Vouchers = Members will qualify to get vouchers for use at participating
Debonairs Pizza, Steers, Burger King and Nando’s, Milky Lane nationwide.
Benefits differ according to the Fast-Food outlet.

2. What is the total value of cash back a member can receive in a month?

Members are eligible to receive up R1200 cash back paid into their account in a calendar
month.

3. Is there a limit to how many times I eat out?

No, but members will only receive a maximum of R1200 cash back in any given month.

4. How does it work and How do i claim?
  • Members browse the restaurants on the site and select their favourite.
  • Once the meal is paid for, the member fills in the relevant dining details, takes a photo of
    the receipt/invoice AND proof of payment (e.g., credit/debit card slip, cash receipt,
    snapscan or zapper picture of transaction) and uploads it via the “Claims” section on the
    mobisite.
  • The claim is validated, and the member receives cash back directly into their bank
    account within 5 business days. In the case of a Fast Food vouchering the member will
    receive an electronic voucher in the Wallet
5. Can someone else use my dining app cashback benefit?

Your Dining Cashback benefit is not transferable. Only a registered member may utilise the
benefit. Your claim may be denied should we suspect any fraudulent use, and you may be
removed from our program if any fraudulent behaviour is suspected.

6. Can we use Dining cashbackl benefit if there are a group of us at the table?

A maximum of two memberships may be used per table, provided they are under different
names. Each member must submit their own claim.

Membership 1: 2nd most expensive meal on the bill up to max R120 with a minimum of 2
drinks

Membership 2: 4 th most expensive meal on the bill up to a max of R120 with a minimum of 4
drinks.

7. What is the value of the vouchers?

The Voucher values differ according to spend levels and are standard across the Fast-Food
Outlets

Spend R150 or more and get a R30 voucher to use when buying your next purchase.

8. Can I use a voucher in conjunction with another special?

Yes, as long as the minimum spend threshold is achieved. R150 to qualify to redeem the
R30 voucher.

9. How long is the voucher valid for?

A voucher is valid for 30 days from date of issue.

10. What format is the voucher?

The voucher is electronic.

11. Where will i find my voucher?

The voucher code will be placed in “My Wallet” under vouchers and will be available for use
against the next purchase.

12. Can i get a voucher if a special is running?

Yes. Eligibility to receive or redeem a voucher is dependent upon spend thresholds.

13. What do I do if I experience a problem using my benefit at a restaurant

Please do not escalate any queries at the restaurant. Please refer all queries to ONEClub
Customer service department.

14. What do I do if I experience a problem with the service/food at a restaurant?

ONEClub dining is unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for the quality of service
and/ or meals at any of our dining partners. Furthermore, we do not become involved in any
non-ONEclub related disputes between members and dining partners.

15. How long is the voucher valid for?

A voucher is valid for 30 days from date of issue.
